Do we accept cargo? Yes we do!

Cargo is accepted on all of our scheduled services. While we can’t guarantee a window seat for your parcel, we can guarantee friendly and reliable service at a competitive rate. We are pleased to offer Airport to Airport as well as Door to Door service.

DOOR TO DOOR SERVICE - Can be arranged in most of the communities we serve. In Vancouver Northern Hawk is pleased to offer door to door delivery of your package in partnership with BC BIKES COURIERS. Contact us for details.

LIVE ANIMALS (CARGO) - Yes we do accept live animals as cargo. The animal must travel in an approved kennel/container which provides sufficient space for the animal to travel in.

  • Rates:
    • (Small 0-50lbs) $50 - plus GST
    • (Medium 51-75lbs) $75 - plus GST
    • (Large 76lbs and up) Applicable Seat Rate

    • Not all animals may be accepted for travel on Northern Hawk. Contact us for details.
    • Animals must "check-in" 30 minutes prior to departure.
    • Animals must be picked up with-in 15 minutes of the flight’s arrival at the airport.
    • Animals that are not picked up with-in the above mentioned time frame may be returned to the point of origin and/or subject to an additional care charge of $75/day.

STORAGE– Cargo shipped on Northern Hawk should be picked up at the airport within 15 minutes of the flight’s arrival. Alternate arrangements for cargo pick-up outside of these times must be made ahead of time. An additional storage charge of $10/day will be charged for cargo that is not picked up with in 12 hours of arrival.
